Avocado Face Mask for dry and mature skin

Benefits of avocado are numerous: it is filled with monounsaturated fats, Vitamin B and E, nutrients excellent for moisturizing and rejuvenating dry or tired skin.

Ingredients:
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons oats
1 egg yolk

Directions:

Add 1/2 cup hot water, but not boiling, to measuring cup. Add oats and let them sit in the water for 20-30 minutes. After the oats have softened, mash the avocado with a fork. Stir and press the oats in the measuring cup, then strain two teaspoons of the oat meal into the mashed avocado. Stir them together. Now add just the egg yolk to the mixture. Stir well. Apply this mixture to your face and neck for a nourishing and softening mask treatment. Don't let it dry completely, just keep applying and massaging for about 15-20 minutes. Gently remove with a warm wash cloth, then add your favorite moisturizer.
